定額給付金

支給が始まった地域もあるけど、うちのとこはどーなんだろう。振り込みなのか手渡しなのか？

Timesに面白い指摘があったんで、ご紹介。The Times & The Sunday Times

The chief problem, say both political and financial analysts, is that the government has not thought the plan through carefully enough, and has not even imposed the sort of restrictions on the use of the cash – insisting it be spent within the next 30 days, for example - that might have given it more impact as a stimulus measure. Many believe that despite the apparent generosity of the windfall, it is simply not large enough to make the kind of psychological waves required to set Japanese consumption going again: the money will be spent, but people will not put it towards the sort of bigger-ticket purchases that would properly help retail.

政治学者や経済学者らが言うには、この政策が十分練られたものでないことが一番の問題である。たとえば、お金の使える期間を30日と区切るなど、制限を加えることで効果を高めることさえしていない。多くの人が、給付金が恩恵であるにもかかわらず日本の消費を活性化させるには心理的効果が不十分だと指摘している。お金は使われるだろうが、消費を上向かせるほどの大きな購買力にはならないだろう。

確かに、もらって1か月以内で給付金を全部使うことに決められてたら、すごい経済効果だったかも。使わなきゃ損、てな感じで盛り上がったかも。

今の日本にないのは、盛り上がりだと思うんだよね。全体的にあきらめ、沈滞ムードだもん。パーっと明るく盛り上げる話題はないもんか？ワタスは興味ないんだけど、WBCくらいどーなの？
