移民一世が帰化できないアメリカってどこ？

欧米では、戸籍の代わりに教会が出生証明書を管理していますよ。あと米国では移民一世は絶対に帰化出来ないし、遠い先祖が不法移民と判明したら子々孫々末代まで、例え米国生まれでも国籍を取り上げられて国外追放になるんですけど？

教会が出生証明書を管理してるって、いつの時代？こないだオバマ氏が公開した出生証明書はハワイ州発行のものだったような。

5年以上米国に居住していて、必要な条件を満たしている。米国人の配偶者で、3年以上居住しており必要な条件を満たしている。米軍で軍務についており、必要な条件を満たしている。海外で生まれ、海外に居住している米国人の子どもで、必要条件を満たしている。

それから、先祖が不法移民なら末代まで市民権取り上げとか、ありえないし。親が不法移民でも、米国内で生まれれば子どもは市民権持てるし。
地球上に存在しない米国の話されてもなーと思いました。
